The real cost of rent in Denver

DENVER – It’s a sunny Monday morning, and the apartment complex of a couple in a luxury condo on the Colorado Rockies’ west side is buzzing.

Two dozen or so people are gathered around the kitchen table, waiting for a server, a server for their food.

It’s the only thing keeping the people in the apartment together, even if they’re all just there to catch a glimpse of the sky and the stars.

This is the real Denver, this is the Denver where the Rockies are, and it’s happening on the same day that the world is waking up.

This, at least, is what people are saying.

The apartment complex’s residents have been told that the rent will go up from $2,500 to $2.75 per square foot in the first half of 2018.

That’s in addition to a $400 increase for a second floor apartment.

But the residents are mostly happy.

They don’t want to pay more.

The Denver housing market is a mess, but this is different.

Here, the prices are being driven by supply and demand, said Adam Lippert, who manages a Denver real estate firm.

And, LippERT said, “If you want to get out, you’ve got to find a place that’s affordable.”

Denver is the largest city in the United States with about 8.4 million people, or about 10 percent of the state’s population.

The housing crisis is the worst in decades, and many people are in desperate need of a place to live.

The state’s median income is $51,000, down from $53,000 a decade ago, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Denver has a median household income of $66,000.

That is, of course, not the story of the entire city.

It is a story of people trying to survive, and living, and doing so in a city that has a growing number of people living in poverty.

The housing crisis has become so severe that even the mayor of Denver, Michael Hancock, recently acknowledged the city’s problem.

But the story isn’t that simple.

Denver’s housing market, like the entire country, is driven by the demand for affordable housing.

The city has long had some of the nation’s highest rates of homelessness, and that has helped create an apartment market where there are no affordable units to be found.

As the city has seen an influx of people, there has been a shortage of housing.

This year, there are more than 6,000 units in the city of Denver with an average rent of more than $2 per square feet, according the Denver Post.

In a city with a population of about 6 million, that is a lot of units.

And it’s a lot cheaper than it was in the past.

But that supply is not enough.

People are worried about what will happen to them if they can’t afford a place.
